COVID-19 Advisory and Updates
We have health and safety protocols put in place to ensure that every funeral runs smoothly and uninterrupted so that families have a safe space to express grief. We will continue to follow closely to new measures and regulations put in place by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) and implement any changes necessary.
Weekly ART testing
Our team is required to administer self-testing every once a week, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone working onsite. Our team of funeral advisors and staff are also fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Office & Parlour Cleaning
Both our offices and parlours are cleaned and disinfected regularly and after any use.
Frequent Disinfection of Company Vehicles
Our vans and hearses are well maintained and cleaned by our team. Frequent mist disinfection of the vehicles is also carried out by our staff to ensure the safety of anyone who comes into close contact with it.
Our facilities are equipped with SafeEntry Gateway system for our customer’s convenience. Visitors need only tap their TraceTogether token or app on the device for their check-in.
Funeral and Wakes
SafeEntry QR Code
To aid in contact tracing measures, SafeEntry QR codes and gateway system are provided at all funeral wakes and will be displayed at a prominent location near the entrance.
