COVID-19 Advisory and Updates

We have health and safety protocols put in place to ensure that every funeral runs smoothly and uninterrupted so that families have a safe space to express grief. We will continue to follow closely to new measures and regulations put in place by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) and implement any changes necessary.

Weekly ART testing

Our team is required to administer self-testing every once a week, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone working onsite.  Our team of funeral advisors and staff are also fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Office & Parlour Cleaning

Both our offices and parlours are cleaned and disinfected regularly and after any use.

Frequent Disinfection of Company Vehicles

Our vans and hearses are well maintained and cleaned by our team. Frequent mist disinfection of the vehicles is also carried out by our staff to ensure the safety of anyone who comes into close contact with it.

Safe entry gateway at funerals

SafeEntry Gateway

Our facilities are equipped with SafeEntry Gateway system for our customer’s convenience. Visitors need only tap their TraceTogether token or app on the device for their check-in.

Funeral and Wakes

SafeEntry QR Code

To aid in contact tracing measures, SafeEntry QR codes and gateway system are provided at all funeral wakes and will be displayed at a prominent location near the entrance.

Designated Entry and Exits Points

To ensure the safety of people who visit the wake and to ensure that families are able to keep track as well as maintain and control of the crowd during the wake, there will be designated entry and exit points throughout the duration of the wake.

Frequent Disinfection and Sanitisation of Equipment

Funeral and ceremonial items provided during the wake are sanitised and disinfected regularly to ensure it is safe for usage.

Reduction of Visitors

There can only be up to 30 persons at any point in time on all days of the funeral service. One metre safe distancing must be maintained. Tables at the wakes should only accommodate no more than five seats and each table should be arranged one metre from each other.

Consumption of Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted at the funeral service. Consumption of food and drinks is only allowed for family members of the deceased who are staying vigil at the wake.

Cremation and Burial Services

There should be no more than 30 attendees at government managed columbaria, Garden of Peace, and Cemeteries. Families who visit in groups should limit group sizes to no more than five persons.

Location of Wake

Wakes and funerals may be held at venues that are open to the public or for booking, including funeral parlours, places of worship and HDB void decks. Live instrumental music may also be performed (except wind instruments).
